dust each year. Most dust collects on horizontal surfaces, in
your heating and cooling system, on your bedding, window
treatments, furnishings, floors and carpets. Dust aggravates
many illnesses. Asthmatics make one million hospital visits per
year and ½ million hospital visits are attributed to dust mites.
Our Cleaning Process
Locate the HVAC Furnace – All areas by and around furnace need
to be clear of contents and/or debris. The furnace Shall be
inspected for leaks, cracks and the blower motor shall be
inspected.
An 12” access hole will be cut in the supply and return side of
the furnace and an inflatable zone bag will be placed at the end
of the duct work closest to the furnace so no debris will enter
the A-coil or plenum.

The clear vacuum hose shall be attached to the 12” access hole
and the hose is then connected to the HEPA 3-stage filter
system, where the debris will be collected. The vacuum is then
turned on which pulls the debris into the hepa unit.

The turbulent air stirs up loose residues and pushes them toward
the HEPA vacuum.
The technicians begin on the top level of your home, using the
Goodway Stainless Steel Brushing machine that loosen any dirt,
dust, etc.

We use a camera and TV to locate where the debris is. (If the
registers allow enough entry for our camera head).
Once the supply and return have been cleaned, the access holes
are covered with access panels and the system is test operated.
